Order Design Policies
Can I change my design after placing an order (e.g., spelling, date errors)?
Design changes are possiblewithin 12 hoursof receiving your order confirmation. Email our customer service team at hello@printnationdirect.com with your order number in the subject line.Important:Once production starts (after 12 hours), wecannot accept revisionsand will not be liable for errors in the approved design—including spelling, layout, or image issues— that were present in the final confirmed artwork.
Will you fix errors if I didn’t check my design before ordering?
No. It is the customer’s responsibility to review all custom content (text, images, dates) using the“Design Preview” toolon our website or the artwork attached to your order confirmation email. We do not cover errors (e.g., misspelled names, incorrect dates) caused by the customer’s failure to verify designs before submission. Such issues are not considered quality problems or eligible for reprints/refunds.
The product’s “frame” or “size” is different from what I expected. Can I return it?
Returns are not accepted for misunderstandings of product definitions. All terms (e.g., “Framed Canvas” refers to a wooden back support, not an external decorative frame) are clearly explained with text, diagrams, and images on each product page. Disappointment due to misinterpretation of pre-defined specifications (already published) does not qualify for returns or refunds.
Why won’t you fix my order if I noticed an issue after shipping?
Orders enter production immediately after confirmation to ensure fast delivery. Design changes must be requestedwithin 12 hoursof order confirmation. Once shipped, we cannot halt production or modify orders. Any issues identified after shipping that were present in the approved design are the customer’s responsibility.
Can I return the product if I dislike the color/style (personal preference)?
No. Product colors, styles, and dimensions are based on the design/options you confirmed at checkout. Returns for subjective preferences (e.g., screen color differences, aesthetic opinions) are not accepted, as these are not quality defects.
Will you check my design for errors (spelling, grammar, etc.)?
No. Customers must ensure all uploaded content (text, images, dates) is accurate before submission. We produce orders exactly as approved anddo not review or edit customer-provided contentfor correctness (including spelling, grammar, or factual errors).
