More than anything we want you to be happy with your purchase!! If something doesn’t look for feel right, please email us here and we’ll make it right!

CANCELLATION & MODIFICATION

If you change your mind about your purchase, please contact us via email at service@customcenters.com, providing your order number and the modification you would like to request. We’ll confirm once the modification or cancellation has been processed.

Your order is only eligible to be canceled or modified within 2 hours after it is placed. After that time, the order is locked for processing and can no longer be canceled or edited.

Please be informed that:

  • Personalized Orders are locked for processing immediately after the order is completed, so in many cases, it is not possible to make changes. Please double-check all details before completing your order.

  • For modification requests during peak seasons or holidays, delivery may take slightly longer than usual. However, we always do our best to apply changes promptly.

FREE REPLACEMENT OR REFUND

Making customers return—not our products. We believe that a REPLACEMENT or REFUND is the best way to resolve your issue. You are not required to return the item(s) to us. The original items can be kept at your own discretion.

We will take full responsibility within 45 days from the order’s arrival if the product(s):

  • Are damaged, defective, or not functioning properly

  • Are incorrect or not as described in your Order Confirmation

  • Are lost or undelivered (with a valid shipping address provided)

You may choose to REPLACE the item or request a REFUND.

1. NO REFUND

We know you may be disappointed, but our refund policy does not permit full refunds, including:

 

  • Request a refund after 45 days of product delivery
  • Personal reasons, such as change of mind or no longer wanting the item,... can be decided during shipping or after delivery
  • Product damaged from improper use

 

2. REPLACEMENT WITH SMALL FEE

In some cases below, fortunately, replacement can be sent with just a small fee compared to the original price:

 

  • You received the wrong item/ design/ size due to incorrectly customized input.
  • Your shipping address was returned and destroyed due to incorrect address input.
